Francis Dashwood's car pulled up outside his stately home in Westminster, and a very tired man stepped out, thanking his driver, as he entered his home.


Unbeknownst to him, from high up above, across the street, a shadowy figure in a cloak crouched over the railing. The figure sat there and watched Dashwood's car pull away and the billionaire enter his home.
