Yin grunts when his arm is twisted between the two sticks, jumping and twisting through the air to avoid having his arm dislocated. He exhales before he hits the ground with his back and immediately tries to sweep Chase's leg with his own before even wasting any time to try and get on his feet.

Having learned from the last successful strike at his legs, Chase attempted a twisting jump over the sweep. He would came down with a drop kick aimed at Yin's midsection.

The kick connects and knocks the air out of Yin. Oddly enough he doesn't seem to be trying to roll away. Instead he just clenches his fists and grits his teeth, a loud groan of material straining coming from somewhere outside the foamed window. "<You've always been obnoxious, Deathhawk!>" he angrily informs Chase just before one of the large star-shaped panels that adorn the front of the building comes slamming through the window and the foam, aimed right at Chase!

Chase rolled away and tried to put Yin between him and the star.

The star (or hunk of glass along with some metal bits at this point) narrowly misses Chase as it cuts through the air right above Yin where he had been just a split-second earlier. Yin rolls out of the way, though he doesn't get very far as the whole floor begins to sag towards the massive hole in the side of the building that's just a giant mess of glass and foam. Outside Chase can catch a glimpse of a series of massive cars with motorcycle escorts pulling in towards the embassy, though he has a different problem right now, what with the floor trying to tilt him out of the building.

Yin for his part seems to have no qualms about just jumping and clinging to his improvised ram that's stuck in the side of the building, despite the fact that it's mostly made of broken glass that cuts into his palms. Around him sections of the window-front, still held together by foam, are sagging down as he tries to climb his way up.

Chase slid out the hole, miraculously catching himself on the next star down. Quickly, he launched himself to a safer star than one next to a collapsing floor section. He would watch for Yin's intention before following.

Yin is very much doing the same thing, though much less acrobatically. He's clinging to the one he used to crash through the window and clawing his way up. He seems to be somewhat impervious to slicing his hands to ribbons on the broken and twisted glass, but he's still bleeding as he's making his way up towards the roof. Occasionally he glances back down and when he spots Chase, takes a moment to focus his power on the star he's clinging to, making the glass crack and splinter under Chase's fingers.

Chase tried his best to keep ahead of the breaking stars as he raced up the building. He had the advantage in physical ability, but he was getting tired and sore and couldn't keep this up much longer.

Yin manages to get to the top first by virtue of slowing Chase down, but not by much. In the distance the motorcade appears to have stopped. Probably when they noticed the big hole in the side of the embassy. Yin is running alongside the edge of the building, hands clenched into claws as he channels his power. One of the glass fortifications on the building begins to slowly tears itself loose...

Chase flipped up onto the roof and, seeing what Yin was doing, made like a soccer player and kicked his smoke grenade hard at Yin's head.

Yin is too busy to notice or dodge even if he did. The grenade bounces off his head, leaving a bloody gash and making him stumble. The chunk of glass he was tearing loose sags and bits of debris rain down as the front of the building groans, more windows shattering from things distorting under the weight of the no-longer-properly-attached glass star. Yin barely catches himself and waves one hand at Chase in an arc, sending shards of glass flying vaguely towards Chase. His main focus though is on getting the glass star back under his control, finally tearing it out from it's fastenings entirely with a loud crash of snapping metal.

Chase ran forward and rolled just under the poorly aimed fan of shards; a few lacerating his back. He then sprang up into a double-footed kick.

Just as Chase throws himself into Yin feet-first the assassin shoves his hand out towards the motorcade. The giant glass construct shoots down at an angle but he loses control of it when Chase kicks him in the chest, the construct slamming down on the ground mere feet from the presidential limo, crushing two motorcycles as their rides barely throw themselves out of harms way. Meanwhile Yin goes down hard, gasping for air.

Chase wasted no time in getting up and going for a knockout blow.

Chase's blow connects hard with Yin's skull, knocking it back and into the floor, immediately going slack.

On ground level all hell is breaking loose as people try to make heads and tails of what just almost happened.

"Should've borrowed some zip-ties," Chase sighed as he used Yin's tie to bind the assassin's hands behind his back. Then he looked for a way down from the roof. His arms couldn't take any more climbing.

There's a door that presumably leads down to the stairwell. It, like everything else, has a magnetic card reader, but the security guard's card should unlock that. As for securing Yin, the place is probably going to swarm with secret service in the not too distant future, so the tie should do until then. If he even wakes up by then.

Not wanting to have to repeatedly explain his involvement for the next 24 hours to various government agencies, Chase used the card and did his best to get out unseen.

One hasty exit later Chase manages to slip out of the embassy and into the shadows of the night. He can spot a bunch of shadows moving aorund on the roof as the secret service takes Yin into custody while the President's armored limo is being moved to a backup location, safe and sound.
