"Exactly. What's it to him if he's 10 minutes late?"

"So... What was it that you were thinking of?" she asks as the cab pulls into the road.

"When? I'm a very deep person, I think all SORTS of thoughts," she teased.

"You were questioning how appropriate we're dressed for a place like the Ritz." she smirks back at Will.

"Oh, I was just thinking that clubbing attire might not go well with the 'bid a million pounds on a hand of bacarat' type."

"That's true, but this is all I have. Unless you want to go on dress duty yourself."

"If that's what you need, I totally could do that for you.

I can't promise that would help your concentration at the table, though," she grinned, predatorially.

"Oh I think I can make you behave when I have to." she chuckles while a small part in the back of her mind is objecting to this. It doesn't really get through the haze of excitement and champagne Miriam's brain is swimming in, however.

"Oh, you may THINK you can, but you LIKE it when I'm fun."

"That sounds suspiciously like a challenge."

"Moi? I'd never," she grinned, shark-like.

"Driver, eyes on the road." she barks an order at the cab-driver. "I need to get changed." she adds with a smirk at Will.

"That I can help you with," she grinned, as the car sped through the city.
