Xaviers!

Wanda had never stayed in a hotel this nice. She woke up early, pulling on one of the robes and moving to look out the window. Her eyes get a far away look as her mind sinks into surrounding weather, analyzing and categorizing it.

The weather outside is a little... frayed. The night had seen a small localized flurry of early snow settle on the block the hotel was on and it's effect where still hanging around, sending ripples through the rest of the patterns.

Wanda half-frowns, trying to decide where the fray started and whether she should try to fix it. She sank deeper into the calculations, almost not even in the room anymore.

It must have been some time during the night. Possibly around the time champagne had been sipped in a jacuzzi. Maybe a bit later.

Wanda's meditation is interrupted by slender, slightly cold hands slipping around her waist from behind and underneath her robe. "Morning..." Miriam whispers into her ear.

"Morning," Wanda says distractedly, half her mind trying to try to patch the fray back into the larger weather system. It's been ages since she's slipped like this. "Sleep well?"

"Very. Better than I have in a while." she hums before noticing that Wanda is only half paying attention. "You're distracted." she notes casually.

"Weather's messed with up. I'm trying to patch it." She turns her face towards Miriam with a smile. "Sorry."

"Do you have to...?"

"Strictly speaking?"

"Strictly speaking few people have to do anything..." she purrs into Wanda"s ear, although she has to stand up on her toes to do so.

Wanda shivers, obviously tempted to leave it alone, "And if I'm the one that made the mess?"

"Does it matter? How much damage could you possibly have done. Maybe it'll just run it's course."

Wanda's mind is still racing through variables, processing the likelihood that it will just work itself out, but she says, "Maybe you're right."

"You're the expert. I'm just saying... we do have the room for a little longer..."

"Want me back in the bed, do you?" Wanda says, turning to wrap her arms around Miriam, leaving the weather for the moment.

"Can you blame me?" she smirks. "Besides, there's snow outside, I think you're supposed to hide under the covers in that kind of weather."

"With hot cocoa, I believe," Wanda says, allowing herself to be led back towards the aforementioned covers.

"Through the magic of room service, I believe we can make that happen."

"Sounds good," Wanda says, "But tell them not to hurry."

"Can do..." she laughs.
