Tereza bounds up near Sam, her white fur streaked in blood that may or may not be hers. She sniffs worriedly at Will and then looks at Sam with concern.

Will lay, unmoving, on the ground.

The wounds caused by his battle with the Green Knight and the rapier-wielding twit remained, and seemed like normal enough damage.

The Red Knight's weapon, however, left a very different scar.

The gash in the plastic glowed a faint red, with an unpleasant magical aura surrounding it. The two sides of the wound kept trying to close as Will's natural shifting kicked in, but the magic in the wound resisted. The boundaries of the wound, therefore, were constantly in flux -- shrinking one moment and expanding the next as the two forces played against one another.

"Yes, thank you, Sean," she says, relaxing as the pain lessens, though the relaxation and thankfulness doesn't reach her eyes, which watch Sean warily for a moment before focusing back on the people closer to her.

If Sean noticed the look in Gemma's eyes he didn't show it. The spell would do it's part now for good or ill.

"You can buy the first round when we're back," Sean said in a kind, if tired, tone as he stood up to give the three of them their space.

"I'm here," Sam says as she kneels down by Will, her hair washing to white.

"You fought well."

"D...did you get him?" Will sputtered out, into the dirt of the field.

A pause.

"...That's a long conversation."

Will looked off to one side, awkwardly. If anything, that seemed to be causing him more anguish than the gaping wound.

"...As we agreed," he spoke into the dirt.

Trev leaned over and planted a kiss on Gemma’s lips, not letting go of her hand. “I just got you. Can’t lose you yet,” he whispered quietly.

Gemma returns the kiss and smiles, "Seems the Morrigan doesn't get me today." She glances at her mother, "Trev, this is my mother, the Lady of Lost Stars..."

"You can call me Leandra," the Lady of Lost Stars says.

The fact that his girlfriend's mother who had a very important-sounding title was right there was something Trev hadn't quite fully processed before now, and he went pale. "L-leandra...it is a pleasure to meet you," he said, bowing slightly.

Nimue approaches Will and Sam with a number of other fey in tow. She bows to Sam, "Morrigan, if you'll permit us, these craftsmen think they can help him. May they take him to the castle?"

"He's not... he's not just a thing. He's wondrous," she says as she looks up to Nimue.

"If you trust them though, it's his decision."

"I'll go with them.

It seems somewhat preferable to being immobile here. I'm not entirely certain all this is mud."

"I trust everyone still here and conscious," she says with a soft smile. She nods to the craftsmen and a couple of them bring forward a stretcher, moving Will onto it gently. "They'll take good care of him," she reassures Sam as the craftsmen carry the stretcher away.

Sam watches Will being taken away, then starts to wind through the crowd towards Viv. Nearing her, she throws her arms wide open and tries to hug the erstwhile fairy princess.

"You did it, love."

Tereza bounds around them, obviously having to find more canine ways to express her opinion of the situation.

"She's told me quite a bit about you," Leandra says, "But perhaps that can wait. We should get her into the castle and into a bed to rest."

"You all helped. I feared that there were too many who came, but you all kept them busy and out of my head long enough." She says as she accepts the hug.

"I suppose now I no longer have an excuse to neglect my Craft and begin living up to the mantle of First Druid."

Trev nodded in agreement, seemingly at a loss for words with Leandra, and clearly not exceedingly nervous. He kept his eyes locked on his girlfriend, “Gemma, can you get up, or should I carry you in, or should I get a stretcher or something?”

Tereza barks her agreement.

Nimue approaches, "Why don't you take your friends to the castle? Rest on my hospitality. The future can be discussed later."

AInsley was making good on his promises and spreading out his backpack bounty among all that assisted him. Once he was out he would rejoin the group.

"Yes, of course. Everyone, please, come. I am certain I spotted dwarves in my mother's company. There will be the finest drinks to ever cross your lips." She called out to the group before burying an hand into Tereza's ruff and kissing Sam on the cheek.

Trev gingerly helped Gemma to her feet, holding the hand on her uninjured arm and wrapping his other arm around her to support her as they walked towards the castle.

“I could use a drink after that, yeah,” he murmured.

Diego clomped up, evil monster goo dripping off of him. He was no longer burning and the gauntlet was normal once more, arm covered in burnt gore.

"I could use a bath..."
