"I... uhh..." he said, quickly hiding his loot behind his back, "Waaas..."

"Running!" he exclaimed, rushing into a lakeside room. He slammed the door and looked for something to barricade it.

A couch would work! But now there was commotion going on, and the window here wasn't really large enough to squeeze through--it was more like an arrow-slit thing.

"Shit! Goddamn medieval windows!" he cursed before throwing the gem out into the water to not get caught with it and running back out. He desperately searched for a way up onto the ramparts.

Running back out had him SLAM into the servant who had been trying to open the door again.

"What th...who are you!" she shouted, drawing the attention of MORE nearby servants.

This was going swimmingly.

Fortunatley, there was an open door down the other end of the hallway he could run through.

"No time to explain!" he said before running for the open door.

Tosh was able to escape! He should be able to get the gem without issue and return it to ASHLIE.
