"You can be a chill rebel. Rules don't state anything about those things being mutually exclusive.

"And people Bruce has punched would disagree that I'm a nice guy."

He sighed. "Well, and Cam."

"You'll fix it, I know you will.

How's science going?" She says, trying to distract him from the bad thoughts.

"My robots' AIs are getting smarter, though the little one still hasn't attempted any non-electronic communication... well, okay, he does beep... a bit like R2D2 come to think of it."

"Maybe he just wants to be the Harpo and you're cramping his style."

"No that would be something!" he laughed, "Them learning comedy when I'm not looking."

"You need to make a fourth for that though." She observes.

"Or else they go Stooges, and nobody wants that," he smirked.

"Never go full Mo." She states, finishing up the tray of vegetarian Shepherd's pie.

"And what's wrong with the Stooges?" asked a surfer-accented voice behind and to side of Emilie.

Emilie turned her head to see who was speaking while responding to them-

"You mean besides all the casual racism?"

"Well, yeah. But they're also, like, total idiots," said the guy who looked a lot like if Tosh got spliced with a Scandinavian prince.

"Like you actually watch ancient comedy," Tosh responded.

"Fair enough," chuckled Shogo.

"Tosh, making dishier clones of yourself is not what science is for. " She stated to her friend.

Sho laughed, "Nope. Just a regular semi-identical cousin."

"Our moms are twins," Tosh explained.

"Awww, that's adorable." Knowing Em, Tosh got the feeling she was being somehow genuine and snarky at the same time, but Sho probably wouldn't pick up on the teasing.

"You boys besties then?"

"Shogo Gunderson. Combination best bud, big bro, and usually the one removing his head from his hindquarters. Buuut it looks like you beat me to that last one," Sho said.

"Preeetttyyy sure it's my cosmic duty." She laughed.

"Emilie Thursday. Or at least, that's what my name tag says." She states, tapping a manicured nail against her employee ID clipped to the polo she was wearing.

Emilie was not as 'frightening' as she would normally be. Her facial piercings out due to hygiene regulations and no make up on, she always appeared rather normal on the clock.

"Ooh... mysteriously awesome D&D group Emilie? Great to meet you," Sho smiled.

"Yeah... I tell him just about everything," Tosh said.

"Mysteriously awesome? Jesus Tosh, you really go for the sale, don't you?" She laughed.

"Language Thursday!" A fellow employee chided as they wiped the tables.

"Soorrrryyyy.

What I meant to say was golly-gee willikers Toshiro-San, you sure must think I am swell!" The completely manic 1950s wide smile on her face was reminiscent of another alterna-girl on campus, but unlike that other one Tosh and Sho would both pick up this was very much an effected smile.

Tosh blushed. "I just said I thought you were cool is all..."

"I paraphrased," Sho chuckled, "So sue me."

"I think you're cool too Tosh." Emilie replied, sounding perfectly candid.

She turned to Sho again.

"So what, you always fly in when Tosh sticks his foot in his mouth or you just here to make sure we didn't eat him alive or something?" She asked, getting down to business.

Sho laughed, "Or to make sure he didn't eat you. Boy's got a ridiculous appetite.

But, nah, just dropping in on Bro for a holiday hang. And to verify his girlfriend wasn't, like, a robot or something." He smirked.

"If I built a girlfriend, why would she like country music?" Tosh asked.

"Camouflage," Sho smirked, tapping his temple.

"There's a certain level of camouflage that is overkill.

That is it, knowing meme-man." Emilie quips.

"I made hashtag real Bruce here watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer," Tosh said.

"I liked it more than I thought I would," Sho answered.

"Dude, you're practically a cast member," Tosh added.

"Whedon was never my master. Sorry boys." She replied, smirking.

"Whedon schmedon, he just thought SMG was hot," Tosh smirked.

"Guilty," Sho grinned crookedly.

"And you're dating a look alike soooo.... He's clearly not the only one." Emilie points out, smirking.

Sho barked a laughed and smacked Tosh on the back as he took a seat. "She's gotcha there Bro," he smirked.

"That ya do," Tosh chuckled, grinning a little. "She might even fight a vampire, given the levels of weird around here."

"Fight or explode with her mind?

Explosions aren't fights, you know that right?"

"Not unless you're Michael Bay," Tosh joked. "Where is Haley anyway?" he asked Sho.

"We split up to find where you slinked off to," Sho answered, "I should text her that I found you." He took out his smartphone and sent a message.

"Should I be worried that you have my girlfriend's number?" Tosh asked jokingly.

Sho smirked. "She's all yours Bro."

"Eep. I should probably jet then.

No offense, but your girl got a bit of a jealous streak and I hate her to read more into my being here than is needed."

"Fair enough," Tosh said before washing the last of his meal down with his Coke. "Thanks again for setting me straight. I needed it."

"Yer welcome anytime to clean up the rest of the food so I don't have to.

I better get back to work. I'll see you around.
