"You know, that's never been made precisely clear to me, though there are certainly some notable similarities between Santa and the Ghost of Christmas Present in most depictions. Might be worth studying."

"Oof, okay. Is there, like... a schedule for when they arrive? Or is it a surprise inspection?"

"I still got to get the tree for the centerpiece. It's difficult finding one large enough to really dominate a room this size."

"Some people go to farms where they grow trees for just this purpose. Others go into the woods and cut one down themselves. It depends on how busy and/or outdoorsy you are, I suppose."

Will gestured up at the arched ceilings. "That can be tricky when you're filling an interior space this big. It's really an artform."

"Finding the right large tree is art. You can't just go chop down the first thing you see and call it a day."

"Hmm. What do you look for in the right tree then?"

"That's pretty specific. So you just... wander around the woods until you find the perfect one?"

"Like I said, some people buy them from people who farm them specifically for those attributes. That's usually the easiest way; they usually take over a vacant lot or a parking area about this time of year and sell them."

"I...have a plan or two. Don't worry about it; you've got to figure out what to do for presents for people you like," Will said, obviously avoiding the subject.
