Onyx is in the library, a collection of books and newspapers surrounding her. She appears to be studying something to do with Eastern philosophy.

"Yes," Onyx says. "They are called the 'Rising Sons' and they are a mercenary group from Madripoor."
"I ran into them earlier with Nai--," Onyx stops. "In London. I ran into them in London."

"You just happened to run into them?"
With Nai? What was she going to say?
Nash tried to think what the word was. Seeing that 'verbal puzzles' weren't really his strong suit it might take awhile.

"A few. They are soliciting jobs in the newspaper using a series of codes," Onyx says. "They have also been traveling a lot lately. They have visited six major cities in the past month."
"They are looking for something. They move to a city, pick up minor jobs, and search the city while using the jobs for cover."
