While Nailah sought out advice from an experienced adult, Onyx did what she always did when she didn't know something. Well, what she did when she couldn't beat the answer out of someone at least. She went to the library.

She was currently reading trashy romance novels and taking notes.

This would almost certainly end in disaster.

Also, why did the Braddock's have so many trashy romance novels?
