"Terrakinesis." She replies quickly without much thought. "You?"

[Chase Delacroix]

"Super-agility, basically. Not flashy, but it definitely gives me an edge."

[Chisaki Watanabe]

"The subtle mutation is often the most beneficial in many ways." She replied cryptically.

[Chase Delacroix]

"Socially at least," he answered, "And no power mishaps... though I have overestimated my reflexes a few times. To painful results."

[Chisaki Watanabe]

"Always good pudding in the medical building, but they get it from the cafeteria." She grinned. "You do not have to injure yourself for it."

[Chase Delacroix]

"Don't worry, I'm long since past falling on my face," he smirked.

[Chisaki Watanabe]

"Good. I do not think your nose would look very good smashed into your skull." She replies with a rather dark and gruesome observation.

[Chase Delacroix]

The statement made him stumble ever so slightly, given extra morbidity by his knowledge of how to actually do that to someone. "I... what?"

[Chisaki Watanabe]

Chisaki stopped, staring at Chase as if she had no clue what she had just said.

"If you fell on your face, you would have to fall pretty hard to end up in the infirmary, yes? Lasting damage fall." She explained.

[Chase Delacroix]

"I've never actually been to the school infirmary for that," he chuckled awkwardly.

[Chisaki Watanabe]

"I got stabbed in the duodenum once!" The way she said the word, it was obvious that this was a word that was taught to her by someone scientific in nature. "That is right here!" She exclaimed, motioned to a section on her mid-drift.

"I still have the scar. Want to see?"

[Chase Delacroix]

"I think I'll pass," he said, "How'd you get stabbed?"

[Chisaki Watanabe]

"Dispersing protestors. One of them took the other end of a sign they were holding and it was very sharp and they jabbed it right into me!" She says, mimicking the motion the protestor used to do so towards Chase, sans any real object to stab him with.

"The medical staff had to put me under, open me up, make sure no little bits of wood were still inside and then sew me together again.

Whoever did the sewing might have been new, it is a rather ugly scar actually..." She mused, feeling at it and looking at where it would be.

[Chase Delacroix]

"You really want to show me, don't you?" he smirked in amusement.

[Chisaki Watanabe]

"Yyyeeessssss."

[Chase Delacroix]

"Oh go ahead if it means that much to you."

[Chisaki Watanabe]

"Look!" She exclaims, flipping up the skirt of her dress which thankfully she had a set of bloomers under to save Chase's dignity. She revealed a rather nasty looking scar just a bit off to the side of above her navel.

Then she started doing this strange belly undulation that made it move in a creepy fashion.

"Bbwwwaaaaaaahhh sooooooo spoooookkky ! It is coming for yoooooou!"

If Chase was grossed out in any way, it didn't show. However, his brow couldn't be quirked higher if he tried.

"That's... it?"

[Chisaki Watanabe]

"You have better? More interesting? "

[Chase Delacroix]

He began to look very uncomfortable. "I'm not going to compare scars with you."

[Chisaki Watanabe]

Chisaki stared at Chase for several moments blankly, her skirt slowly falling out of her grasp as she did. Her head slid sideways as she stared and it seemed that the moment would remain awkward like this until her eyes focused on something else behind him.

"Ah! The photocopy machine!"

[Chase Delacroix]

Oh thank God.

Chase regained his composure as he turned around. "Oh good. We found it."

[Chisaki Watanabe]

"Thank you Delacroix-san!"

Chisaki seemed no longer interested in scars in favour of getting the pages she needed out of the book.

[Chase Delacroix]

"You're welcome," he smiled, "And, please, call me Chase."

[Chisaki Watanabe]

"Tsuiseki-san?" She joked, showing that she did indeed realize the dual nature of Chase's name, but not realizing the joke might be lost on him.

The blank look he gave her proved that his knowledge of Japanese did not extend that far. His training in Asian languages hadn't gotten to that one yet.

This just made her laugh, but she let it go.

"Yes Chase, I will do that from now on."

[Chase Delacroix]

"Do you... need anything else?" he asked with awkward uncertainty.

[Chisaki Watanabe]

"No. Thank you very much for helping me."

[Chase Delacroix]

"You're welcome," he smiled, "Glad I could help."
