"I'm just saying." she shrugs. "As long as those people believe in this enough I'll buy that they'd get spooked. I'm not that stupid and I know how brains work."

For my people, we have never been without our abilities but unlike your X-gene, we can have our gifts weakened and taken away. If this woman at this club has magic or a "X" ability that will keep me form having to resort to having my mind torn apart by two opposite forces, then so be it."
