"I never really thought to look for help. I'm pretty good at fending for myself..." Put like that it sounds kinda dumb, even to her. She's not good enough with words to really explain how asking for help feels like admitting defeat.

"I figured that much." she says maybe a bit too defiantly. This conversations is starting to make her feel a little stupid, which seems to be the general theme of her week. "I hung around Helsinki for a while, figured if somebody knew me they might be looking. Never heard a thing about anybody going missing and I just... moved on? I mean at some point you get the idea that nobody's coming..."

"Well... for starters, I guess this is how I woke up. It doesn't really feel any different than whatever else I pick though." she says as she features slowly shift and adjust, hair-tentacles thinning out into, well, hair again and growing shorter and darker.

"So this is what 'feels' like me the most. Like I said, it varies sometimes. I guess it could be somewhat arbitrary. You know, the idea that this is how I should look."

"I really just kind of go with what I feel like most of the time. Sometimes it's what I figure makes me fit in, but that's cause people seem to pay more attention to those who stand out and, well, it's easier to get by when you don't. But other than that it's like putting on clothes. Sometimes you're in the mood for some thing classy and sometimes you want some cool horns."
