Basil however was a pretty drunk person, so his response was about in sync.

"Yeah, well I love you, but I don't like you very much right now either!" He yelled in the hallway at her door.

That was all she would hear, but if she looked to see if he was gone, he would be.

Or maybe he was invisible, who knows.

And of course, as one would expect, Colette immediate broke down into soft sobs as she slid down to sit on the floor with her back to the door. She hugged her legs and buried her head in her knees, oblivious to Chisaki's presence.

Chisaki frowned. She wasn't sure what to say, so she would let Colette for cry it out for a reasonable amount of time.

but after several minutes of crying, she finally asked.

"Is there anything I can do?"

Colette looked up, her eyes and face a little sloppy from her body attempting to cry as a flesh and blood human might.

"I do not zink so, unless you are taking relationship counseling classes."

"No." Chisaki replied, not really aware of much on this subject. She did offer however -

"This might just be a speed bump. No relationship is perfect, especially not love ones."
