"It's always the way of it. Less separation between me and the beast than the younger ones, but I still want to play when I've tipped the balance."

"You want to play, huh? Throwing a ball and saying 'fetch' would get me mauled, so how would you like to play?"

"Oh, you don't think I'd be gentle?" She smirks toothily.

"I think you've made your distaste for dog comparisons quite clear."

"It feels good to move like this. It feels good to run."

"I could take you with me. See a bit more of the grounds covered in snow."

"I wouldn't say no to that," she says with a smile, tucking Isolde's clothes inside her coat.

"Then you're going to want to keep a good grip," she says as she steps away from Wanda.

Her frame trembles again before her neck thickens and her chest barrels out, forcing her forward onto all fours. Her limbs pop and reorient, putting on lean muscle until a huge black wolf is revealed, the likes of which haven't been seen since the days mankind huddled around fires.

She shakes out her pelt and paces around Wanda before laying down in front of her, to let her climb on.

"You're beautiful," Wanda comments before climbing onto Isolde's back. It takes her a minute and a little coaxing from Isolde to get her seated properly, but after a bit she gets a good grip, "Okay, I think I'm ready."

Isolde doesn't respond verbally, but there's a little swell of pride that Wanda can pick up across the strange fleeting link between them.

Rising to her feet, she gives a quick cant of her head to Wanda before taking off at a dash, bobbing and weaving through the trees.

It's obvious Wanda's more of a walker than a rider and her grip gets a bit tight as Isolde picks up speed.
