There's a knock on the door to Null's room and a moment later a greyish-pink blob squeezes in through the gap underneath the door.

"Knock, knock, anybody home?"

"About that... Dad-Two is kinda living in a closet and apparently he thinks his next best option is moving in with an already crowded three-person room, so... I'ma need a better place to crash."

The boy sighed. "Yeah, he's pretty much useless.

Have you tried talking to the robot? I'm afraid I don't have the house. Or the apartment. Other people live in 'em here."

"Yeah, how weird that getting stranded in another dimension without any of my stuff means I need money. You're not guilt-tripping me about this one, old man." she laughs.

"Let's see, I need some clothes, something to use instead of an Engine. So, like, camera, something to edit and store footage on, food-monies, Dad-Two said I gotta get a driver's license and stuff, that probably costs..." she starts counting off on her fingers, growing additional ones once she runs out. "Supplies for Operation Beach House obviously, snacks, souvenirs..."

Robin groans and dramatically let's herself fall into a chair, back bending across the backrest until the top of her is hanging upside down, arms noodling on the ground. "I shouldn't have to get a job to get some basic sh--tuff." she whines.

With that, the boy reached into his stomach, and pulled out a pack of bills.

"Alright, alright, go get yourself your camera thing. That should give you an incentive to keep going, yeah?"
