Celebratory Breakfast

Just before their alarm would normally go off, the door to Tereza/Sam/Vivienne's room creeped open.

Trying not to make too much sound, Will rolled in a large silver cart, probably nicked from the dining hall. There's only so quiet that could be, but he did his best, anyway.

The room would quickly fill with the scents of freshly cooked sausage, bacon, pancakes, beans, blood pudding, fried tomatoes..a full English breakfast, and then some. Heavy on the meat, considering the canine qualities of the people in the room. The top shelf of the cart was filled with, frankly, a much heavier breakfast than the dining hall could normally provide.

The second shelf had the coffee and the tea, and various plates and other serving necessities.

The third and bottom shelf had a large white cardboard box, and a smaller wooden box.

There's some snuffling from the bed and Tereza's head raises groggily, "What?"

Tereza carefully begins extricating herself from the bed, lowering her volume as she does so, "Smells wonderful. Did you cook all this?"

"Almost everything. The soda bread comes from the bakery downtown and, I'm sad to say, was made yesterday. Not a lot of time for baking first thing in the morning, even without the cafeteria staff giving you the side-eye.

Fried up everything else myself. It's a tough job, but easier when you can have seven or eight hands to keep track of everything."

Tereza glances at the bed. "I think I've made it clear I'm not opposed to sharing," she says with a smirk, "and besides, Viv has been getting hungrier as the full moon gets closer."

If Sam's sleeping dress code has slipped since living with Tereza, it's decidedly nonexistent now that all three of them are together.

"That, and, you know, a celebration of me not being such a downer anymore, but it's a bit conceited to have a celebration of one's self."

Which reminds me," he said, after a moment, pulling out the larger of the two boxes and placing it on the bed in front of Tereza. "This is yours."
