Taking a deep breath, Katarina took Jez's hand in hers.

"Podmukla guska. You are afraid? I am also, too, afraid. But I am here. And you are here.

And princesses are used to people obeying their commands," she said, with an abashed smile.

And that's when the door to the shower room opens and swings close with a brief creak, followed by the echoing slaps of shower sandals moving along the stalls.

Jez squeezed Katarina's hand tight. Somehow, knowing that both of them were nervous helped to put her at east - they could take things slow, they could make mistakes, and not have to worry about disappointing each other. She pressed herself more closely to the redhead before replying. "Oh, I think I'm going to like obeying you."

That is until the relative silence of the room was broken by the unknown occupant - unlike the girls, they weren't trying to be quiet, they had no reason to. So their arrival was noticed immediately as Jez slapped her hand over her own mouth.

Jez bore a expression of panicked confusion. Surely if Nika was here she KNEW Katarina was here, but did she know about Jez? It was unlikely that she didn't. And she was awful at charades. So she did the only thing that she could think of, she turned on the water.

And immediately regretted it. Because while stepping into the shower was very relaxing and wonderful, something about feeling your clothes getting soaked threw all caution out the window, and she let our a yelp despite herself.

"Is that a no? Do you need me to call for assistance?" Nika asks, unaware of who she's talking to, much less the fact that it's two people. A couple more footsteps bring her voice closer until it's coming right from the other side of the shower cabin.

Katrina tried her best to match Jez's posture, moving around in the shower like she had every right to be there. Movement, at least, might prevent Nika from noticing the different-sized feet.

"Mhhm!" Jez seized the opportunity the excuse provided her. "It's the best way to wash my back." Then an idea occurred to her to further solidify the ruse, though it was a gambit.

"Unless you'd like to lend me a hand yourself. But I don't think Katarina would be too pleased if she found out."

Trying to stifle a giggle, Katarina buried her head in Jez's hair, imagining Nika's face outside the cubicle.

"No, I think I will pass." she says with some disdain, the feet outside the stall turning around, then stopping as Nika turns back towards the stall.

"Uhm. You don't have to keep pants on in there for everybody else's sake. Because of the... you know..." she says a little uncomfortably and making a very wrong assumption about why she can see pants hems on the legs in the clearly running shower.

Jez gives the waistband of Katarina's pants a little tug. "'cause she's peeking under the door." Even though it was probably Jez's own PJ pants that she saw.

And with that, Katarina slipped out of her own slacks, draping them over the shower door.

Jez followed suit, relieving herself of her garments until just her undies remained. There she hesitated for a moment before she steadied her nerves and went all the way, making Katarina the first person to see her this way outside of a doctor's office. She awaited the young woman's reaction while holding her breath.

She was attempting to imitate Jez's voice. Whether she was successful or not was something to be determined, but at the very least, Jez didn't understand Symkarian.

Jez still looked a mixture of flushed and pale - fear and embarrassment did funny things to a girl It was hard to help support Katarina when her own knees were weak and wobbling.

"Omigawd what if she had actually come in? Would she do that?" She seriously did not know if Nika had any boundaries when it came to fulfilling her duties, though it had seemed that they had found one at least. Still, she gave the girl's hand another squeeze, resting her forehead against theirs as she too began to giggle.

"Well, maybe I should sit through it with you. I obviously could use a lesson too, lest I further corrupt you."
