After blowing up at Katarina, Nika has been keeping her distance, mainly keeping an eye on Her Royal Highness through the locator in her panic button. It's kind of a knee-jerk reaction and bit of spiteful 'Fine, do what you want' but also a good chunk of straight up trying to avoid talking to Katarina while still fulfilling her duties. Now she's sitting on her bed, mouth pressed into a thin-lipped pout as she tries to distract herself by reading some flimsy paperback with the cover torn off so the first page is just the plain title of "палаюча пристрасть".
