"Good idea," he agreed, getting to his feet and taking control of the umbrella. Once inside, he closed and handed back the umbrella before pulling back his hood. His legs were dripping wet.

Leo looked down at the wet carpet under his waterlogged feet, then he shook the water off of his big paws with a mischievous grin.

Ainsley followed suit by shaking out his umbrella all over the floor instead of outside.

"I'm going to make a cuppa if you want one after you change out of your wet clothes?

Or cocoa. You yanks seem to like that."

" Yes. In the communal kitchen." Ainsley replied.

He made no effort to stick the umbrella back into the rack, letting it drain itself down the hallway back to his room.

When he returned he was mostly dry, save for his braids which were going to take awhile to be fully so. He was wearing yet another cartoon t-shirt, though something a bit more on target for a brit.

He was leaning against the counter as he waited for the kettle.

A little later, Leo entered the kitchen in dark gray sweatpants and a black-and-gold XU t-shirt. He smelled like damp cat.

"Sorry, it took so long. Changin' clothes is a bitch when you're as likely to rip somethin' as get it on."

The kettle went off right after he spoke, and Ainsley reached out to turn off the heat.

"No worries mate, you're just in time. What did you want to drink then?" He asked as he pulled two mugs from the cupboard.

He eyed a chair as he neared the table, wondering if it could support him. Or if he'd look like a grown man in a kiddie seat.

Ainsley smiled and picked up the packet he had already laid out to prepare into a mug, pouring the hot water and sliding it over to Leo without comment. He followed by prepping himself a cup of tea very heavy in milk and sugar.
