"Always so popular with ze girls, no wonder ze boys were jealous of you..."

There was a muffled sound that made the windows rattle just a tad, attracting Colette's attention.

"... what was zat?"

Basil gently but quickly slid out from under Colette, throwing on his pants and trousers in record time.

"What we've been waiting on. Get dressed." He said as he pulled his a-shirt over his head for modesty and slipped his shoes on without his socks.

He'd already filled the boot of the Volvo with medical supplies before they decided to kill some time in their favourite way.

Colette didn't protest. After all this wasn't being reluctant to get out of bed to go to your job bussing tables at a restaurant. They had important work to do. Her clothing was uncharacteristically simple and plain, but given what they were setting off to do it was appropriate. She gave Basil a peck on the cheek once he was ready, and headed for the stairs.
