Walking up to Wanda's door, Sam knocks.

After a moment, the door opens and Wanda blinks when she sees Sam. "Sam, this is a surprise. To what do I owe the pleasure?" It's polite enough, but there's some uncertain undercurrents to Wanda's thoughts.

"Well, we're making sure everyone gets their powers back, aye?"

"And I was voted least likely to get mauled by a werewolf."

"Or most likely to enjoy it, one of those."

"Ah, yes, well not risk of that at the moment. I sent her back to her room once the initial furor was settled. Assured her that that was close enough for now that things were getting back in order."

"Surprised she accepted that, but I'll take it."

She pulls out a vial of liquid.

"Yours was one of the easier ones to spot."

"Oh?" She eyes the bottle before holding her hand out for it. "May I?"

"Of course," she says, passing the vial to Wanda.

She takes it and holds it up to the light, stepping out the way so Sam can enter, "So what makes this so noticeable?"

"Everyone's is a little different, but yours feels... deep, somehow?"

"There is a lot to it," she says with a nod, closing the door behind Sam. "I'd wager someone with a... mystical bent would likely have a wonderful time with this. And I know at least one individual who would give away a mountain of favors for the connections this could provide."

"I think we both know the same person."

She looks at Sam and something turns over in her head, "Yes, I suspect we do. The thing with the vampires. My memory's still occasionally fuzzy about that." She purses her lips, "She has her uses, so long as you know what you're getting into. Much as I understand the fey to be."

"About the one good thing that's happened is the balance of power between her and me has shifted a bit."

"I wouldn't have imagined her to lose her mildly rigged game. How ever did you manage that?" As she talks, Wanda slowly rotates the vial in her hands, the liquid spinning slowly inside.

"Simply put? I suppose I reminded her of why she joined the game in the first place."

"I suppose it is the Morrigan's way to put people in their place," she smirks.

"I didn't threaten her," she chuckles.

"So the kind word and the two-by-four then?" Wanda chuckles in return, wrapping her fingers around the vial and idly running her thumb around the top.

"Truth told I wasn't thinking about her much at the time, but apparently it... left an impression."

"Oh, was it that thing as the club? Isolde said something about that."

"Aye. There was... some fallout from that, but not from her."

"I heard. Well, not the specifics, but that there was some... difficulties. There are a lot of difficulties inherent to being deeply connected to werewolves."

"I know a thing or two about it. It's a big responsibility holding that 'leash'." She seems to decide something and pulls a small plastic bin out from under her bed and begins rummaging through it, pulling out a small bowl and some other small packages.

"Sometimes you want to pull back, and sometimes it's nice to go along for the ride."

"Then again, I share my bed with two of them."

"When they're both present, most definitely. There's... still a ghost of things from Viv, even though she's been away."

"Tereza's a bit more immediate."

"I imagine that upsets the balance of things," she says, grabbing a lighter and a marker and pocketing both.

"Not all imbalances tip back to even," she cautions, closing the bin and shoving it back under her bed.

"I'm not saying you don't miss her. I'm saying that there's been an imbalance created and the pulls on the leashes could be harder than you expect," she pulls a messenger bag off the side of her desk and stuffs her gathered things into it.

"No," she says, wiggling the vial that she hasn't let go of, "But, if I'm going to get this back, I thought it best to do it properly."

"Things occasionally like to be in their places, but for me, I think it needs a little something," she says, resting her hand on the door, "So you want to come with?"
