[Social] Being Sketchy

Built on the Braddock Estate not far from the Manor, these were constructed for the university's benefit to help house the student population.

The door to Wanda and Shari's room is open and Wanda's sitting in the middle of the floor with a longish piece of paper. She seems to be gradually sketching a pattern on the paper, occasionally stopping to hold it up to her right arm before lowering it back to the floor and going back to sketching.
