Tereza sits on her bed, leaning back against the wall as she picks quietly at her guitar. She's not playing anything in particular, just alternating between strumming and picking. Her eyes have that mile-long stare as she looks at the opposite wall.

Sam comes in and lays her bag down on her chair. She looks to her girlfriend.

"Penny for your thoughts?"

"I'm just..." She trails off, frowning at some bad note and adjusting the tuning on the guitar. "I've got a lot on my plate at the moment. So do you, I suppose."

"I do, but you're not going to like any of it," she says, golden eyes finally focusing on Sam. "So where would you like to start? With the good deed or the fool's errand?"

"Hasn't retreated since the full moon was over," she says, "So we'll start with the good deed. I talked the Headmistress into letting Isolde out on a sort of house arrest."

"I know. She's either a great actor or..." She strums thoughtfully for a moment, "She died too when the Point went. She... she remembers it and apparently her afterlife was not pleasant. I honestly think she wants to make a change."
