Everything in the office is well-ordered without a bit of traditional office clutter anywhere to be seen. The spines of the books on the several bookshelves have braille tape along their spines for the ones that aren't actually braille. The lights in the room give off a soft light when on. The desk has a textured wood grain and two semi-comfortable chairs for visitors sit facing it. Melissa's office chair itself is a high-backed affair with a faux-leather covering on it. The lone file cabinet in the room has braille labels on the drawers and a complicated-looking lock keeping it shut.
