"Zis is true, but I did see you in zere." She gently tapped the general area where Basil's forehead would be, judging based on his collar, and aiming a little higher than she might have normally to make sure she didn't poke him in the eye.

"And you looked just like your reflection. Well, for ze most part."

"Ohhh. Right." Basil replied to Haley, feeling a little foolish at not piecing together who'do undressed him.

"That's kind of what I'm afraid of." Basil murmured, completely misunderstanding Chase's meaning.

He shuffled the privacy sheet over his body a little further, snuggling it up under his chin. His head tilted a bit at Colette's oncoming finger to help her not jab him in the peeper.

"Sorry for ruining the party for you all. I seem to be making a habit of it."

"We're just glad you're okay and talking out here in the real world." Haley replied.

"Aye. That's what this was about. You weren't sick. Not physically, at least."

"Probably just drank too much." Basil stated, writing it off. Most of what had happened in the immediate time was still rather muddled to him.

"My head definitely hurts like I'm pissed anyways."

"It can be painful having just yourself in your head, having zree ozers, well it is no wonder you might not be feeling unwell."

"I suppose." He said, still sounding confused and now lacking for anything of merit to say. He definitely felt emotionally drained, if nothing else.

"Guys, he could probably use some rest and privacy, aye?"

"Yes. I'm about to piss my pants after all of those beers and god knows how long we were in there. Sam...maybe we can talk more later about this telepathy shit?"

Haley stiffly stood up, looking at Basil, "Don't be a stranger."

"Mmm, difficult request in my position." Basil quipped to Haley, showing his usual 'undying British wit'. When everything else fails, turn it into a laugh.
