Tereza, summoned to the medical center, looks around a little confused. Her nose wrinkles at the strange antiseptic scents and she seems rather nervous.

Tereza smells a familiar scent approaching from the nearby hallway. Musky, like wet dog.

A moment later there's a knock on the door and Ashlie steps inside, moving further into the room to let their guest in as well.

"Hello Tereza. It's good to see out of that cell. I'm sorry for the safety precautions."

Tereza's obviously agitated by something and doesn't look at the door right away, "No, I certainly understand. Last night wasn't precisely ideal."

Isolde steps into the room after the headmistress.

"...why hello, there. We meet in better light."

That freezes Tereza's fidgeting and her eyes snap to Isolde. "You..."

"Your teacher thought you could use my help," she says, her eyes fixated on Tereza's movements, reading her body language.

Tereza's frame is tense and her body language is definitely aggressive. "I think you've helped me quite enough already, don't you?"

"Your teacher does not know what you are."

"I do."

Ashlie can't help but roll her eyes, standing behind Isolde. Which is amazingly petty for someone with no innate physical reactions.

"You've said as much. Gloated about it, in fact. You do realize the hornet's nest you're in the middle of right now, right?"

"I am always exactly where I want to be."

She turns to the headmistress.

"She doesn't want my help. It is a pity."

"I suppose I'll have to be content with detaining you for attacking my students then. Not to mention willfully spreading an infection."

"That is an interesting proposal. Should I call my lawyer?"

"I'm fairly certain you have nothing on me but two university students who threw the first punch," She smiles.

"But I will play your game."

"Oh brave new world, that has such fascists in it," she chuckles.

Tereza crosses her arms and regards Isolde. "Want me to take her to the Point, Miss Minamida? I have to go back there anyway."

"Delightful."

"If you would." she says, pointedly ignoring Isolde calling her a fascist. For being the ones who invented all these rules humans (and mutants) sure loved getting upset when someone actually had to follow them all.

Tereza nods to Ashlie and follows Isolde. "You are proving to be a nightmare wrapped in an enigma," she says to Isolde as they walk towards the point.

"I have enough uncertainty hanging over my head about my future without giving the appearance of being a violent lunatic. Rest assured, you are on my list."

"With two nights under my belt so far, I wouldn't exactly call it 'eloquent'."

"Says the woman who has been taunting me about this stuff. The headmistress may not want to call things what they are, but I have a hard time denying something extra strange is going on."

"I already know who I am and you're trying to change that. If you knew anything about me, you'd realize how much I dislike someone trying to change me to suit themselves." Tereza isn't entirely sure why she's telling Isolde this, but her irritation dismisses her misgivings.

"There is nothing in our blood that can make us what we are not."

"It can only make us ourselves... but moreso."

"Does that bother you?"

Isolde regards Tereza for a long moment, as if thinking.

"...the reason I am who I am today is because of a girl."

Isolde lets out a long breath.

"Greta, the burgomaster's daughter. I thought we were in love. Her father caught us kissing in the barn, and she swore I had bewitched her."

"Two-faced," Tereza growls. "Although I can't believe someone bought the 'bewitched' line these days."
