"It's possible. Telepathy is a far more malleable discipline than those without it give it credit for, especially once the Astral becomes involved in things. The theory is that everything anyone does has some sort of ripple there. The bigger the action, or the stronger the mind touching it, the larger the ripple."

"You have to be careful not to pour too much meaning into a symbol. The more meaning you invest it with, the stronger it is, but the more holes you risk putting in it. Sometimes straightforward works best."
