Tereza felt like she had a lot of energy to burn off. She wasn't sure why, maybe it was just finally feeling more like herself. Still, that's why she'd let a note in the room for Sam to let her know she was going to the gym and now she was working against one of the heavy bags. It was getting exceedingly late, but she still wasn't sleepy. So she continued to work.

"Thanks," Tereza said, stopping the routine to grab a bottle of water and take a drink. "Contrary to school rumors, I don't bite," she said, indicating his spacing across the room.

"I'm new here, I haven't heard those rumors yet. Just heard someone poundin' away in the middle of the night, and wanted to see what was what."

"Ah, I didn't think I'd seen you around. I'm Tereza," she said, stepping back close to the bag and sizing it up again.

You do a lot of late-night boxing, or is there some guy out there hiding from you at the moment?"

"Not typically the late night time, but things have been a bit crazy lately, so it's possible it's the latter." She slammed another punch into the bag, but just before impact, her hand was coated in ice past her wrist.

"I'm going to guess Russian, and then I'm going to get a lecture on which former eastern european country you're actually from."

"No, you got it in one. Originally from Russia," she said, the ice coating her finger, tipping them in claws briefly before she flexed her hand and it went back to being a very cold boxing glove. "Now there is a place you're better off staying away from."

"My roommate's a telepath and a shapeshifter. That's pretty out there on my scale of reference. Usually people are one or the other. She's super cool and has been a huge asset for the X-Men, but it's still kind of strange."

"No, they're not, but thankfully none of them are here at the school. I'm a part of the X-Men teams here at the school, so we tangle with them from time to time."

"Partially to burn off energy and partially because if I understand how fighting works," she took a deep breath and closed her eyes. An ice construct about her size formed behind her, "then she can understand how fighting works as well."
