Mon Sept 8th - Team-Building

[Haley Crusek]

"I think we'd all love to be half as badass as you, Onyx."

[Nash Riley]

Nash finally gets back with a tray carrying four beers, two light and two dark. "The drinks have arrived ladies."

[Nailah Weaver]

"Awesome! Thank you, Nash." she says, taking her glass and raising it. "To maybe one day being half as badass as her then." she chuckles.

[Onyx]

Onyx smiles shyly, following the others in raising her glass. "Thank you, but I am only a 'bad-ass' relatively. Compared to my mentor, I am actually pretty terrible at all of this."

[Nash Riley]

“You're better at this than the rest of us.”

[Haley Crusek]

"Don't know your mentor, just know you, and you rock, chica," Haley grinned toasting everyone and taking a long pull from her beer that drained almost half the pint.

Seriously where did she put the stuff?

[Nash Riley]

"Apparently, no one can put away beer like Haley." Nash laughed.

"Please, no one else try it."

[Nailah Weaver]

"Some kind of secondary beer-stomach, probably." Nailah chuckles and takes a normal sip from her glass. She's almost positive she wouldn't be able to match Haley without throwing up.

[Onyx]

Onyx takes a sip and makes a face. "It's bitter."

[Nailah Weaver]

"It gets better after a couple of sips." Nailah nods sagely.

[Haley Crusek]

"You'll get used to it," Haley grinned. "It's easier to drink beer than do shots. First time I drank I had like 8 shots and it was sooooo bad. I threw up everywhere and I had a hangover the next day...Blegh"

[Onyx]

"That does not sound pleasant, ma'am," Onyx says, hesitantly taking another sip.

[Nailah Weaver]

"No wonder you got no problem knocking back beers." Nailah chuckles.

[Haley Crusek]

"...my ex boyfriend may not have been the best influence on me," she smirked.

[Nailah Weaver]

"Hey, at least you've had a boyfriend." she says, trying to take a larger sip of her beer, in no way trying to emulate Haley. No sir.

[Onyx]

"Was he an alcoholic?" Onyx asks bluntly.

[Haley Crusek]

"No...well...maybe? I dunno. He was on the football team and liked to party."

[Nash Riley]

"A few of the party people at my old high school were probably alcoholics."

[Nailah Weaver]

"Doesn't make you an alcoholic if you just drink while having some fun, right?" Nailah tries to make the discussion a little less depressing.

[Onyx]

"Of course not. There is nothing wrong with drinking in moderation," Onyx says. "Besides, alcohol barely works on me because of my abilities. It would be very difficult for me to become drunk, much less become dependent on it."

[Haley Crusek]

"Very difficult to become drunk? That sounds like a challenge to me," Haley grinned, downing the rest of her beer.

[Nailah Weaver]

"Yeah, it's pretty neat. Well, except when you go crashlanding into people." she chuckles.

"That only happened because I'm a fatass. If I was skinnier we would have been *fine*
