"It's large, it's fairly obviously central, it appears to exist in most of the timelines, there's place for food and for games there to keep people calm, it's easily accessible...I think it's the most logical point, for now," he explained, opening one of the doors.

Inside a red-haired woman is helping herself to a bottle of tequila behind the bar. She does not look like she belongs there, partially because she's wearing a black combat suit and fur-lined bomber-jacket with a bright silver insignia patch on it, emblazoned with the letters 'S.W.O.R.D.'

"Johnny boy! Want a drink?" Kat asks, downing her shot and spinning the empty glass in a pocket of suspended gravity above her finger.

Meanwhile Sara, who lagged behind John a little bit spots a familiar shock of green hair and hurries towards Will with a relieved smile.

"Will! How'd you end up here? I thought it was just Team 1 that got send out to investigate?"

"Sara!" Will smiled...and then his face dropped a little.

John was suddenly distracted from the pursuit of booze by Will.

"Will? You're alive!" he bellowed, crushing the boy in a hug."

John looked positively crestfallen.

"I'll be getting a drink if anyone needs me," he sighed before heading to the bar.

Tereza, trailing a little bit behind Will, was looking around. "Okay, not seeing my pack in here yet. Anyone seen a tall-ish blonde named Vivienne or a tall, dark-haired woman, possibly swearing in German, named Isolde?"

"Not yet -- I'm gonna stick up a sign-in sheet or something, so people can write down what year they think it is and who they are.

In the meantime, I'm going to go try to get some food together -- some snacks. People are calmer when they're eating."

"There are all kinds of...dimensional shenanigans going on at the moment," Will apologetically smiled. "And there hasn't been a Team 1 for...a long time.

I have no idea what that black hole business is all about, though. Sounds...not very good, to me."

Vivienne unsteadily leaned against the doorframe of the XUB's women's bathroom. She looked pale and green at the same time. "Tereza?"

A large werewolf opened a door in the wall and poked her head in, looking extremely surprised before leaning back into the room she came from and calling out, “Ayami...I think I found...one of your other XUBs?”

Steph left the door open and walked in, shoving her hands into the pockets of her apron.
