It seems a bit heavy on the gin and the lemon, but otherwise seems assured to get Haley drunk in a hurry.

"Eh, we get a lot of people through here," she shrugs.

“No I meant it sounds like something they’d say,” she said, still processing the heavy pour of gin and lemon.

“Odd Long Island, but it’ll get me drunk! Maybe we call this a Wolf Island.”

“I’m perfectly capable of drinking myself numb without puking, thank you very much.”

"Hey, I'm not judging. I'll just have enough to clean up by the end of the night."

"No judging, says the judgmental bartender." somebody snarks from a more shadowy corner of the bar where she just sat down.

“Hey Roomie,” Haley said vaguely raising her glass in a toast in the direction of her voice.

“No Twilight-y vampire/werewolf violence here you two, I’m trying to get drunk,” she joked.

"Just get me a Manhattan, would you?" Miriam says with a dubious look in 'Tereza's' direction.

She once again consults the bartender's bible before heading over to Miriam's table with a cocktail glass.

"What happened to you?" She quirks a brow as she nears.

"Honest question," she shrugs, setting down Miriam's glass.

"But you didn't have to come here to get drunk."

"God, no wonder you're terrible at this." she vaguely waves her hand in 'Tereza's' direction. "You're always so... genuine."

"Let's just say what happened to me happened to someone else as well and I'd rather not go out there right now and risk having that come down on me." she says, taking a flask out of her pocket and pouring a dark red liquid of dubious viscosity into the drink.

Maybe the blood will make her drink taste more like whatever she ordered. I feel like I’m licking a pine cone with all of this gin...

She wasn’t intending to share her inner monologue, and she wasn’t exactly broadcasting it around the room, but she wasn’t blocking it and everyone else in her immediate vicinity was a way better telepath than she was.

“She makes a strong drink, and if the ice machine breaks, she has *got* this,” she joked, trying to lighten the mood.

"She can be surly if she wants," she says as she heads back to the bar.

The drink Miriam has been given is a bit heavy on the bitters, which might be a bartender mistake rather than editorial commentary.
