"So far, we've seen ice showing up to cover injuries while they heal. And my core temperature seems to drop when I'm under stress," she holds up her wrist showing a small smart-watch like device. "The med center is monitoring my heart rate and body temperature to see if they can 'benchmark it'."

"Good, let me know if you want another drink," she says, moving down the bar to look after some customers. It stays busy for most of the rest of the evening. A few times, Tereza's monitor beeps and she takes a moment to recenter herself and exhale a freezing breath before moving on with her work. The process of closing up and clean up and Tereza clocks out. "Don't want to have to do that again too soon," she says, relaxing.
