Melody didn't sleep. This had the benefit of making her office hours very flexible, but it also left her with quite a bit of free time. It was close to midnight and with nothing else to do, she headed to the pub for a glass of Merlot and a basket of fries.

She did not have the most refined palate in the world.

Gracie couldn't sleep. It was hardly the first time she found herself awake nearing the midnight hour, but she had originally planned to go to bed early. Giving up on the idea she threw a hoodie on over her tank and shoved her feet into the only pair of sneakers she ever seemed to wear. She made her was down to the student union and into the pub. Maybe a snack would help. It was busy for the time of night. She ended up standing beside one of the faculty members and offered a smile.

"Good evening ma'am." She offered politely.
