Miriam is sitting at one of the small coffee tables in the XUB, people-watching and occasionally stopping to draw things on a small sketching pad.

Spotting someone she knows and at least can talk to, Sam makes her way over to Miriam's table.

"How goes it?"

"Probably not, no. Speaking of which, there's rumors that pixies are responsible for all this nonsense lately. Any comment from the Phantom Queen?" she grins, holding her pencil out at Sam as if it was a microphone.

"Ah yes, that covers my follow-up question of whether you're responsible for this, I suppose. Can I take that as confirmation that there are indeed pixies about then?" she goes on, still not dropping the reporter act. It's hard to tell whether she's taking this seriously or thinks Sam is just bullshitting her.

"Yes, which is why we've moved on to a more interesting topic." she chuckles, clearly enjoying herself. "Did you shift so you could compete with her height?" At this point she's just trying to see if she can make the color of Sam's face match her hair.
