Tereza stood up and went to the bar. After a quiet discussion with the bartender, she came back with a glass of amber liquid. "Now we honor your homeland."

Sam quirks a brow, and lifts the glass to sniff at it.

It smells kind of earthy and if she's smelled whiskey before, it wouldn't take much to identify it.

"You know I've never actually drank this before?" She smirks.

"Oh, I counted on it," she said with a chuckle.

"Well then, the experiment continues," she says over the rim of the glass, before taking a sip. She flinches only a tiny bit at the burn, the vodka having softened her up. In her hair there seems to be something moving.

"Looks like your shifting's enjoying the drinks too," she said, motioning towards the movement.

She tilts her head, brushing her hair back from her ear. An impishly pointed ear flicks free, and she traces the contours of it.

"...ah, no matter."

Her hair grows out, hanging loose and wild at waist length.

"So I have to put that down, now and again."

"And I can go back and hide in Samantha when I want safety," she says taking a deep gulp of the whiskey. "People get Samantha. They're not threatened by her."

"But she's not anything I have to be. I can be so much more than Samantha," she muses, holding up a hand as its nails curve into claws, the palm darkening like a paw as thick red fur sprouts up her arm.

Under the table, one of Tereza's hands sprouted claws as well, though hers were part of a gauntlet made of ice. "So I've managed to let something else out of the bag have I?"

"You've... helped," she says with a sharp-toothed smirk.

"You needn't worry though. You don't have to fight me," she remarks, eyes cast towards where Tereza's hand would be under the table.

"Not if you don't want to, at least."

"I don't know that I'm really capable of it right now. Not that I wouldn't if it came down to it. So you'd be Sam's wild side?"

"Yeah, not exactly a reassuring explanation there, given my own experiences." She flexed her hand, resting it on her knee. The little construct that was sitting at the table slid out of it's chair and disappeared under the table.
