Chisaki beamed maniacally until a thought occurred to her.

"Do you speak Spanish Diego-senpai?"

"Yeah. Well, it's not my first language but I consider myself pretty fluent. It's helpful to know in the part of America I'm from."

"Not technically from Vegas, literally one half of an hour away." Chisaki quoted, not quite verbatim but nearly just.

"What is the desert like Diego-senpai?"

"Besides hot and dry? Well, you can see a long, long way off on account of the lack of trees and how Vegas is in the middle of a whole lot of nothing. I never really appreciated that until coming here."

"There is a lot of sand there....

I think I would enjoy that place. I will have to visit it."

"I don't know what the typical weather is like in Japan, but I recommend not going in summer. It's a dry heat but it's damn hot."

"Depends on the place.

Tokyo in the summer is warm, but sticky....No.... Humid?" She asks, tilting her head to the side.

"Yeah, though sticky is a pretty good description of how humid feels. Especially when you've got fur."

"Awwww." She laughed in a 'poor baby' tone.

"We could make you a pair jinbei, yes?"

"I only know what kimonos and yukatas are. What's a jinbei?" he asked. "And do they look cool?"

Chisaki shrugged, pulling out her phone.

"Cool is relative.

A jinbei is a two piece outfit made of lightweight fabrics and loosely seamed to breathe.

Usually they are sewn to match, but I could make them not.

OH! I could sew them red on top and grey on bottom, then you would look a bit like Mugen!"

She held out a Google Image search of 'jinbei clothes' for Diego.

"The guy from Samurai Champloo? Hah! I totally would!" he grinned, "I've definitely got his crazy hair thing going."

"I love this idea! We should do this!

But I would need to take your measurements."

"Promise you'll be gentle?" he smirked with boyish mischief.

"... Yes?" She replies not entirely certain what Diego means.
