[Relationship] Growling Under The Hood

[Tereza Rozanov]

"I just don't want to have to push the car again," Tereza says as she coaxes Vivienne out to the garage, "And I need your hands. Promise I'll take you wherever you want when we're done."

[Vivienne Chinnoir]

"I do appreciate you purchasing a vehicle without an on-board computer system, but did you have to choose one that spends more time not running then running." She followed reluctantly. The inner working of combustion engines was not really her thing, but Tereza was and she needed help.

[Tereza Rozanov]

"It's what I could afford. I suppose we could turn to a life of crime and afford something nicer," she jokes, "But that seems like a lot of hassle." She opens the garage door and pops the hood on the car. "If I thought it would make it to London as it is, I'd take it down to Brand, but there were some weird noises from the water pump..."

Tereza's so wrapped up in getting ready to do the work, she misses the folded piece of paper tucked into one of the support struts in the hood.

[Vivienne Chinnoir]

“Water I know, but the rest of this is a labyrinth. Just show me what you need.” She said as she stepped in beside Tereza and spotting the bit of paper.

“Although, I am fairly certain that this does not belong in here.”

[Tereza Rozanov]

"What?" Tereza moves to look at where Vivienne is looking. She reaches out and grabs paper, flipping the folded item over to look at. "Has your name on it," she says, offering it to Vivienne, "There's something solid in it, maybe a card. Smells like plastic."

[Vivienne Chinnoir]

"Odd." She takes and opened it turning it to empty the the contents onto her hand.

[Narrator]

A laminated card slides out into her hand with 'VIP' in fancy letters along with the logo of the Raven's Crest. Unfolding the note, it's written in a flowing hand:

Miss Chinnoir,

I was pleased to learn you were back on this side of the veil. Please accept this as a welcome home gift. I would be honored to have you and your lovely companions as my guests at the club at your convenience. I may wish to pick your brain about something, but the card is yours to keep regardless.

[Vivienne Chinnoir]

"Looks like we are going to need to pull out the club wear." She said as she handed the note to Tereza.

[Tereza Rozanov]

Tereza looks at the note, "Weird that she's contacting you given her fascination with Sam, but no accounting for her or her designs I suppose. At least we can have some fun on her hospitality, though not sure whether Sam will want to go with or not."

[Vivienne Chinnoir]

"Weird way of contacting me at all, but fancy fun sounds fun. No harm in asking."

[Tereza Rozanov]

She hands the note back to Vivienne. "Well, if we're going to get to Chelmsford, we should probably get the car working reliably." She moves over and slides a jack under the car to begin propping it up.

[Vivienne Chinnoir]

Vivienne slipped on a pair of leather gloves and wheeled over the tall tool box.

"Toolbox ready."

[Tereza Rozanov]

Tereza checks some things and then lays on the dolly and slides under the car. "Wrench, about yay big," she says holding her hand in a particular size.

[Vivienne Chinnoir]

Vivienne opens a few draws, a very different kind of hunt, but still very much a challenge. She finds the requested item and hands it over.

"Wrench...about this big."

[Tereza Rozanov]

Tereza takes it and there are clanking sounds. "We could try going and finding you a new dress to wear if you like."

[Vivienne Chinnoir]

"I do like shopping and I could use some more modern items."

[Tereza Rozanov]

"I do kind of like you in your renaissance faire attire," Tereza teases, setting some parts out, "but I wouldn't mind seeing you in a club dress."

[Vivienne Chinnoir]

"I could always go in glamour and not have to choose." She leaned over the engine looking into the maze of metal.

"So, was it squirrels again?"

[Tereza Rozanov]

"Maybe," Tereza says, sniffing at the part, "So let me get this straight, you're proposing going naked clothed in magic?"

[Vivienne Chinnoir]

"Of course not, at least not to Erica's club. It is likely warded against all magic but her own. I'd cross her threshold and 'poof' all my goods on display."

[Tereza Rozanov]

"Yeah, probably not a chance you'd want to take, no matter how much I enjoy the view," she grins as she slides out from under the car with the boxy pump.

[Vivienne Chinnoir]

"The only way to wear Channel on a student's budget. Come for the discount designer fashion, stay for the views."

[Tereza Rozanov]

"I wouldn't say no to enjoying the view some more," she grins and then she peers at the pump, "Screwdriver please."

[Vivienne Chinnoir]

Viv looks over the odd contraption, spotting the screws and finding the correct match from within the toolbox.

"Well, being a wolf does lend itself to a certain level of nudity fluidity."

[Tereza Rozanov]

"It is something you have to at least make peace with, though enjoying it certainly helps," Tereza says, taking the tool and beginning to take apart the pump. "There should be some replacement bits in the trunk. Keys are in my pocket."
