"Oh, this was back home. Spent a lot of time talking to people, right up until I, er, left."

He paused.

"Not by choice, mind you. I don't know how many therapists find their clients hogtied and thrown into their office, but maybe that's just what's considered a 'challenge' in the profession."

The dramatic storm off would probably work better if the latex didn't squeak when he walked.
