"I'll have to... um... strip to my shifting duds. So... this isn't, like, random striptease or anything..." he said shyly before stripping down to his variable shorts. His figure was a little soft around the edges, but decently muscled. He could easily be buff if he tried.

Murphy's eyes widen and Bruce gets the distinct impression that she is studying him, like a predator trying to figure out if a new animal is prey or not.

Actually, that's pretty much exactly what is happening.

She points to another point of the circle.

She takes a deep breath and with great effort recites the words she was taught, "The world has already ended."
