"It is not a problem," Onyx says. "I must admit, I do have ulterior motives. I could use your advice on blending in here at the school. I am supposed to gain allies and experience new things. This will be difficult if I am not able to fit in."

"Hmm..." Nailah seems to mull this over for a second, since she's not really sure how this whole 'fitting in' thing is going to work either, but so far going on the offensive has worked and she figures it won't hurt to try and fake it till you make it. "Yeah, sure!"
