Mobile cotton candy with a spider stuck to it.

The Estate's meticulously kept gardens, including a hedgemaze that students have occasionally described as "sadistic" and a sizable rose garden. Benches in shaded spots are plentiful, and the gardens are popular to study in on pleasant days. The nearby stables are still maintained with a number of well-heeled equines.

A visage of pastel and pageantry stepped out of the administrative building, pulling a 360 wheel tote covered in various, brightly coloured stickers and looking over a pamphlet. Chewing on her bottom lip in thought, the young woman stood out even in a school of people who were amazing at standing out.

Her swirled pastel hair held aloft by sparkly bone hairclips, she scanned her campus map with falsely coloured eyes, bouncing back and forth a bit on her patterned legs which made her dress rustle.

Seeing a new person and feeling like the helpful sort, Eliana walked over, "Hello there. Do you need help finding something?"

"Human beings are bad at maps." She replied, tucking it away.

"Hello!" She greeted, focusing on Eliana with artificially pink eyes. "I need to find my dorm. Do you know where that is? I am in room 122."

"Ah! That means we must be roommates!" She realized. She shifted all the crap she was holding from her right hand into her left, then offered Eliana a sideways half bow, offering her right hand for a shake.

"I am Chisaki Watanabe." She states, remembering to put first name before family. "I am eighteen years old.

What is your name and age?"

An odd way to ask the question, Eliana though, but she reached forward politely to shake her hand. "Eliana Morgenstern and I am 19."

"Oh... that makes me kohai..." She says, revealing why she'd asked her in the first place then staring off into space for several moments before returning to their conversation.

"Do you like it here Morgenstern-senpai?" She finally responds, snapping out of her space-case.

"Eli." She says, as if testing it. It sounded a bit jumbled like most of her English speaking accent, but it was fairly close.

"Oh, yes! Lead the way please! I am excited to unpack my things."

Chisaki shrugged, shaking her head.

"Not to be away from home, I have been away from home every year since I was fourteen. I went to the Institute.

But I am excited to be in the United Kingdom! New York was getting boring. The Institute is in..... eehhhh..." Chisaki was struggling to recall a word she had heard the Americans use before. "Eewehh... Sticks! It was in the sticks. And the United States does not have a train system like Japan and here in the United Kingdom. Getting to the city is inconvenient.

What about you?" She asked. "Are you excited to see others?"

"Yes! There is always somewhere exciting to be!" Chisaki replied enthusiastically. "Maybe after university I can go to some other exciting places." She replied, going off into the deadzone again for a moment before refocusing on Eliana.

"Anywhere you would recommend? What places do you like?

Keep in mind you cannot say Disney-anywhere because they are all already on the list."

"I have been told the Rose and Crown is the place to go if you want a drink that isn't at the pub here at the university. There are some shops in Maldon and more in Chelmsford, but there's a regular transportation to London, so getting there is not a problem if you truly want options."

Chisaki paused to consider what Eliana might mean, her face finally dawning with recognition.

"Ohhh.

She added, doing a little close fisted dance, the leg work of which was just a small shuffle.

So used to this look was she that Chisaki had basically grown to ignore it, to a degree. At least, not take it offensively.

"Music!" She explained, as if that should somehow illuminate things. "Snoop Dogg and Psy. You like music?"
