"They've managed to set up a house?!" Tereza took a deep breath, "Sorry. I wasn't as prepared as I thought for my past coming back to bite me. Bitshift isn't a name I recognize, so he must be new. It'd be nice to know what she's got up her collective sleeves, but I can't ask you to stick your neck out for me."

"Well, you know where they'll be waiting for you, although I'd recommend against meeting them on her terms." she says and pulls out the flyer Trinity had given her, holding it out to Tereza.

Tereza took the flyer and looked at it, "Yeah, she still knows me. I probably would have walked right into this." She sighed, "Might still walk right into it. If she doesn't catch me here, she's likely to keep trying and someone will get hurt."

Tereza was quiet for a long moment as she studied the flyer. She rubbed the bridge of her nose, "The list of people I can trust for this is depressingly short. You and Sam are the only two people who know about it."

"I suppose I could ask the rest of my X-Men team, but... well, Tosh and Trev aren't exactly subtle. Vivienne would probably go along if I asked her, but old flames and new flames just tend to create bad fires."

"Can't say I'm surprised she lied about her history with you. And sending Tosh and Trev her way sounds like a tremendously stupid idea. No offense but she'd chew those two up in a heartbeat. She's here for a reason. If you're the sole reason then her friends are going to get restless eventually."

Tereza crossed her arms, "I don't know. There must be something they want, maybe in London? There's no other substantial location close enough that would have something they'd want. At least, none that I'm aware of, but that's not saying a lot." She sighed, "We just don't know enough."

Not like that's a particularly unpleasant prospect either.

As they reached the beach, the big construct moved ahead of them, wading out into the water. "First someone outs me to the Headmistress for talking to a former member of the Brotherhood, now the Brotherhood is here and looking for me. Something smells rotten."

"Did she give you any crap for that?" she asks, watching the ice splosh it's way into the sea, hands in her pockets, shoulders hunched a little bit against the wind that's blowing down here at the beach.

"Rare but not necessarily as ominous as you seem to think. There were some people in Muir I couldn't read. Other telepaths can be good at shielding their thoughts and some mental powers just... they seem to change the way you think. Someone said she's a technopath, so maybe her mind's just too far gone from what's 'normal'."
