In the wake of Tereza's attack Nailah ducks around the corner, grabbing Cowl.

"Riot-shield!" she shouts, holding the owl-cat out in front of her as she aims to bum-rush into one of the guards.

Diego's cat-like reflexes managed to find the gaps in the high-energy beams. He was able to reach one of the two remaining guards, and slashed the weapon. It fell apart, completely disarming the guard.

'Cowl' flattened out and expanded as Nailah charged, being careful not to slip on the ice. The gravity waves smashed into the shield, deforming it slightly under it's pressure, but it was enough for Nailah to get through and clobber the one remaining guard.

That should take care of the resistance!

After bashing the guard to the ground Nailah spins around with the deformed shield and calls out "Medieval flail!" as she swings Cowl towards the dimensional doohickey machine.
