Suddenly the eyes of the Sam Giantess snap open and her whole body convulses as if in the throes of a fever. Her eyes blacken, darkness spreading from iris all through the sclera. Skin fallows and muscles clench and cramp to the point that they could swear they can hear bones creaking. Her mouth opens and the same blackness that has taken over her eyes fills her throat. She let's out an inhuman high-pitched gurgling scream as fingers claw into the soft ground.

"The flesh surrenders itself..." a voice that isn't Sam's forces itself from her throat. "Our bodies stir these waters briefly, dance with intoxication before the love of life and self, deal with strange ideas and submit to the instruments of Time. What can we say of this?" the voice goes on, gaining more control before devolving into fevered, desperate shouting. "I occurred! I am not; yet, I occurred! Eternity takes back its own! Full circle... A new terror born in death, a new superstition entering the unassailable fortress of forever! You can transmute it, ignore it, muddle it, but you can never pull it out of you!"

The Cryptic Bullshit was met, very rapidly, by a fist directly to her giant face, as Will bulked up.

He found that, generally, that was a good response to cryptic bullshit.

Tereza's response is to freeze Sam's arm to the ground, trying to spread the ice to hold her even further if possible.

The ice restrains Sam's impressive frame but even with the unfocused, cramping movement it still sends cracks throughout.

Will's punch cracks Sam's nose and results in 'Sam' screaming at him him at the top of her lungs. "Vreeeeeeeerck!" she screeches like a rusty nail on glass until the sound dies in her gurgling throat. There's one last retching motion that shakes her whole body like it's throwing up but only expelling some kind of metaphysical presence and her body goes limp again.

And moments after the strange presence failed to gain a proper foothold in Sam's body the red-head's eyes snap open.

Will nodded to himself, satisfied. "And I believe I can leave her in your capable hands now, Tereza," he said, before turning to ASHLIE and beginning the walk back to campus.

Sam takes a few panting breaths before realizing she can't move, a look of panic setting in.

"It's okay. It's okay, Sam." Tereza says, though her growly vocalization probably doesn't add any comfort. "You had a moment. We had to restrain you."

"S-sorry," she says, starting to relax.

"Just... had to get out of there."

The cracks in the ice widen as it gets pulled back from Sam, "Will and Tosh told me you got a bit lost."

"...bit of an understatement," she groans as she slowly sits up.

Then winces and rubs her nose.

Tereza notes the gesture. "Something possessed you. I iced you to the ground and Will punched you in the nose."

"Not sure. Your eyes and mouths went black, you spouted some stuff I didn't really understand."

"If it was a message I'm uncertain of it's meaning, though I noted it down if you wish to read it. It seemed... existential." Ashlie says, flipping her tablet and showing Sam the notes she took, right underneath the odd transmission from Sam herself.

"I'm just... hoping," she sighs.

Wincing again, she stands up, still giant. She takes a deep breath and closes her eyes. It's uncertain what she's doing, but she keeps her eyes closed for a few more breaths before opening them.

"...damn it."

"Do you need us to get you some transport back? I'm sure the Headmistress can get us a truck." Tereza glances at Ashlie.

"Of course, you can take one of the vans back." she says and taps something on her pad before beckoning at the salvage crew that is working on the downed Blackbird.

"Thankfully it's not a long drive," Tereza says, closing up the back and climbing into the driver's seat. She starts up the van and heads back to campus, "I'll try to avoid bumps."
