Molly rolled the idea over in her head. "I can't really switch back and forth that quickly. I mean, I can TRY if you want, but it'll probably fail."

"It's cool. I think you'll enjoy the second half of the plan!" she grins as she picks Molly up and walks to the edge of the time bubble. "Just get as many people as you can!" she informs her before taking careful aim and throwing the tiny girl into the back of the restaurant.

Molly soared through the air, trying to will herself to grow larger as she flew by.

She...didn't quite get big enough FAST enough, and the back wall stopped her momentum. Or, to put it more accurately, a ten-foot tall Molly McFly smashed through the back wall at high speeds, splintering it and causing it to fall apart, making the kitchen an open one, but without enough momentum to actually clear her through the wall behind her and out of the building again.

Molly shook her head, put one hand to the side of her head and blinked...

...and then the loop reset, and she found herself flying towards the back wall again at a tiny size! This time, she was surprised and didn't increase in size, flying straight through the serving window between the cafe and the kitchen and landing somewhere, unseen, in the back.

Nailah frowns when she doesn't spot a giant Molly heroically erupting from the building, holding handfuls of rescued civilians. She gives her one more reset, then prepares herself to snatch her out of the air and subsequently the bubble on the next cycle.

Things did not go much better for Molly on the next reset, as she continued to bounce around like a ragdoll, smashing off of a hanging frying pan in the back of the kitchen.

Nailah winces, hoping Molly won't be too pissed at her. At least any bruises should disappear in the time-skip, right? She quietly counts the seconds in her head and tries to yank Molly out of the bubble at the right moment.

Before long, a speeding X-Van skidded to a halt nearby. Tosh hopped out of the back, putting finishing touches some weird cobbled together contraptions as hurried over.

"I really need to be a were-octopus..." he muttered.

He put one of small-but-somehow unwieldy devices on his chest, where it latches to his shirt. Its quarter-sized round LED lights up with a swirling power indicator.

"Ow... pinches a bit..." he winced.

"Just flip the switch and go."

It was a WEIRD sensation, as everything played forward and then reset around her. Probably played hell with her precognition,too--but at least she WASN'T reset.

There was something though-- a flash of something, too quick to make out, when everything reset. She hadn't noticed it when she herself had slingshotted back to opening positions, but something was there.

And, yup! Tosh would see it too! It went by way too fast for human eyes to really analyze, but surely, Tosh could come up with some super-science way around that.

"I know just the thing!" he said excitedly as he ran back to van.

He jogged back with a high speed video camera and started filming, broadcasting back into the van to hopefully not get erased every cycle.

The video was crystal-clear--at least, once it was slowed down.

It showed...some kind of laboratory. An OLD one, judging from the scientific equipment being used. Tosh might be able to recognize some of it was very primitive chronoton disruptors and flux capacitors--just the sort of equipment you would use if you were trying to build an old-fashioned time machine in the 1940s or so.

The flash ended with some important-looking blonde scientists tweaking a dial...the first time. The second time, the flash started a few seconds later and ended a few seconds later. And then again, and again.

And the clips were getting longer...

He tried to spot any more modern tech to see if the event in question was happening now in some weirdly retro lab or actually in the 1940s. The former they could actually do something about.

He stuck his head back out. "On it!"

Back inside he sat at the science van's computer terminal and began typing furiously. He launched a trio of small drones into the sky and went about identifying anomalous temporal vectors and triangulating an origin point that was hopefully not only of interest to historians.

The drones were, in fact, trangulating things--apparently, more and more of these bubbles were forming, growing--and were getting ready to burst. They were in the harbor, on the outskirts of town, several locations around town--this was bad.

The origin point of the one he was searching was being narrowed down, both in terms of local and temporal origin.

20th century---1900s. Central Europe--Berlin...
