Wanda takes a couple of more steps back as Ashlie says that. Ashlie's sensors can probably tell that the local meteorological environment is beginning to revolve around Wanda, though there's no humanly visible sign of it.

"Really, now? Do I look so rabid to you?"

"Not in the slightest, which leads me to believe that you learned to control it, at the very least. But you also assaulted two of my students, which I'm then forced to assume was intentional."

"That is one side of the story. They wanted that fight as much as I did. Perhaps moreso."

"Are you aware your condition is contagious?" she asks, watching for Isolde's reaction.

"My 'condition.' So clinical. Why don't you just say the word?"

"Because it is ridiculous. You have an infectious lupine mutation."

"That's three words where one would service."

"If you believe in fairy tales. Will you help her?"

"Do you think she wants help from me?"

Ashlie narrows her eyes at Isolde. "I can't exactly decide that for her, so why don't we ask her about it."

Wanda watches the exchange perhaps a little tensely. She's not 100% sure what's going on, but she's trying to be ready for anything.

"Can we? All friendly-like?" She smiles broadly.

"Certainly." Ashlie says politely while contacting X-23 to bring Tereza to the infirmary.
