And so they left. Most of them, at any rate.

With the crisis at home resolved, the various Wills started spreading out from their commandeered room at the point, back to the lives and experiences they had abandoned upon the emergency. Some striding out confidently, others being helped along in twos or threes, leaning on each other and trying to focus for however long it would take them to get out and away. Relying on one another to get to stations, spreading out from Maldon like mold in a Petri dish, the Wills went along their merry way.
