"I'm not sure I understand. I'm not particularly special, ma'am," Will frowned, heading closer to the door of the danger room.

Ashlie chuckles. A strange sound coming from a mostly static face. "Depends on the perspective, I suppose."

"I'm glad you're doing better." she adds as the room out of the Danger Room hiss open and everything inside derezzes.

"For now, at least.

Why would you set up a fight with me and him?" she frowned. "He's just going to kick my butt, and I don't much like fighting to begin with."

"That's why you can designate somebody instead. It has to be settled somehow."

"Well...I mean, to be fair, he's the one who was a criminal. He's the one you want to keep an eye on and stop from doing things.

I think I've been, mostly, good, so...like, maybe I should just deserve it?"

"If I remember correctly I asked you to keep an eye on him and that didn't exactly work out well now, did it?"

"Well, he's just better at shifting than I am. I tried to keep an eye on him, but he kept ditching me! That's, again, his problem right headmistress?" Will asked, batting her eyes at ASHLIE.

"Maybe you should use that on somebody more receptive."

I'll replace the Blackbird," she tried.

"You really are quick to adapt. But no. Sorry."

"Please, headmistress -- my name is the one thing I have left from my home universe. I can't lose it...surely, there's some way I could make this worth your while..." she said, in a last-ditch attempt.
