Beep Beep. Beep Beep. Beep Beep.

The site of the recently restored Braddock Lighthouse. Aircraft hangars and other X-Men facilities, including a Cerebra unit and the Danger Room have been constructed around the foundations of the lighthouse.

After about a day's worth of scanning, the monstrosity that the tech kids had cobbled together in the point started beeping.

Tosh ran over from where he was working to check on the device.

The device had been scanning for the source of the dimensional interference. It had been unable to come up with a location at first -- because there wasn't one source, there were three.

The interference was coming from three different locations -- one corresponding to each of the encroaching dimensions. And by now, the spread of the dimensional rift had become large enough that portions of those other dimensions were beginning to take over Maldon proper -- a problem, for sure, but at least now, it would apparently give the teams access to them, to find the sources of the interference and shut them down.

It was tricky, though -- they'd have to shut them down quickly, and simultaneously; leaving one running while stopping the other two could create a dimensional imbalance. Yes, it would stop incursions from the dimension they stopped, but it would amplify the incursions from the dimensions still going on.

The fate of at least four universes depended on it.

Tosh quickly alerted the other X-Men and explained the situation, asking for a meet-up in front of the Point facility for planning. He also took the time to identify the locations.

An exact triangulation was impossible through the dimensional vortexii, but Tosh was able to run some quick calculations and work out the general areas and locations, including safe paths to get there through the dimensional turbulence.

The one emanating from the London XU was coming from their version of Mutant Town.

The one emanating from the Malden XU was coming from what appeared to be just outside of Wiltshire; some sort of heavily wooded area.

The one emanating from the Future XU was identified as the Braddock Shopping Arcade, off of White Horse Lane in downtown Maldon --- something which definitely did not exist in his time.

“Well, this can’t be good.”

Bobby entered the room, scrutinizing the display.
